Titans Welcomes Award-Winning Producer Celine Kao as Project Manager

Titans Entertainment proudly announces the arrival of Celine Kao, one of Taiwan’s most exciting emerging producers and writers, as our new Project Manager in the Beijing office.

With 10 years of experience across film, series, and immersive storytelling, Celine brings a powerful combination of creative vision, international festival credentials, and cross-border production expertise. Her work spans IP development, script development, digital marketing, and female-driven story worlds — making her a perfect fit for Titans’ mission to build Asia’s next generation of global entertainment IP.

A Rising Talent with International Recognition
Celine’s projects have been selected by some of the world’s leading festivals and markets:

  • “The Amazing Grace of Σ” — Golden Horse Film Festival, Series Mania

  • “The Horse” (Short) — Golden Horse Film Festival, Osaka Asian Film Festival, NYAFF, Winner: Best Narrative Short, Taiwan Film Festival in Australia

  • “The Horse” (Feature) — Golden Horse FPP, Focus Asia, TAICCA CCDP

  • “The Great Tipsy: 1980s” — Producer, currently in post-production
     

She has also participated in major global programs such as Locarno Pro’s Match Me!, EAVE Ties That Bind, and Produire au Sud, solidifying her position as a bridge between the Asian and European creative industries.
